Wire Conveyor Line is to fulfill Auto-conveying between each two working procedures in Coil Handling System for High-Speed Wire: at the tail section of STEKMOR Cooling Line, C-hook takes coil from transfer vehicle, goes through the Cooling Area, orderly completes Inspection, Trim, Sampling, Compactor, Weighing and finally discharges the coil from C-hook.

The Heavy Duty PF Overhead Conveyor is a robust, power-and-free (PF) overhead material handling system designed for continuous and high-load industrial applications.

Features

Excellent load-bearing capacity
Our products support single-mount loads of up to 200kg, double-mount loads of up to 400kg, and the overall system processing capacity is capped at about 9 tons (20,000lb).

Flexible layout
The Heavy Duty PF Overhead Conveyor can be routed horizontally 180°, vertically tilted, and up and down, and can also adapt to narrow spaces or layouts with height differences of several meters.

Intelligent variable frequency drive technology
Our products use permanent magnet synchronous motors with IE5 energy efficiency levels, combined with vector variable frequency control, which reduces energy consumption by 30% compared to traditional systems.

Note: When adopts four-trolley assembly, its loading capacity is two times the weight of two-trolley assembly.

Take-up Unit: The newly designed movable pneumatic tension mechanism provides suitable tension for conveyor operation, the protection mechanism not only can keep suitable tension for conveyor operation, but also can absorb the fierce tension caused by going down from the slope, this can avoid short loose of power chain. Limit switches are installed at both ends of the tension frame for over-range protection.
