Super strong load capacity
The Heavy Duty Cross Chain PF Overhead Conveyor adopt cross sprocket transmission structure, and the main load-bearing chain uses 80mm pitch alloy steel roller chain (tensile strength ≥ 800MPa), which is 50% higher than the load-bearing capacity of ordinary conveyor chains.
Bidirectional conveying design
Our products are equipped with a bidirectional cross sprocket set, which can realize forward and reverse conveying, and the speed is steplessly adjusted by the inverter. Secondly, the specially designed sprocket tooth shape (involute tooth shape) makes the transmission efficiency reach 97%, which reduces the power loss by 15% compared with ordinary sprockets.
Excellent temperature adaptability
The structure of our products has good temperature resistance, and the main components can operate continuously in high-temperature drying rooms without deformation, and the upper limit of the operating temperature is 180°C.
Excellent operation stability
The conveyor can achieve single-line continuous conveying up to 150 meters, equipped with a high-precision guide rail system and a low-friction roller structure, so that the running resistance is less than 8N/m.
