PF line is a system for material handling and production process organization in industrial production. It is mainly composed of conveying track, carrying car, driving device, tensioning device, switch and control system.
Steel Raw Discharge Machine
The unloading machine is a mechanical device used to unload coiled materials from the winding device. The coil support device moves to a suitable position, and its height is adjusted by the lifting device to receive the coil of the coiled material on the C-shaped hook.
Air Cooling Line
The air cooling line mainly uses air as a cooling medium, and removes the heat generated by steel during rolling or heat treatment through forced ventilation or natural convection, so that the steel reaches the expected temperature and performance requirements.
