Coil Transfer Car

The rewinder is a device used to reversely wind or rewind the coiled material. It is usually used together with the unwinder. The working method is: the coil support device moves to the appropriate position, and its height is adjusted by the lifting device to receive the coil of the coiled material on the C-hook. Then, it moves to the C-hook on the other side, and finally, it moves back to the waiting position.

The Coil Transfer Car is a heavy-duty transport vehicle designed to move large steel coils, aluminum rolls, or paper reels efficiently and safely within industrial facilities.

Feature

Heavy-duty load-bearing structure design
Our products use box beam welded frames (material Q345B, yield strength ≥345MPa), and the key load-bearing parts are optimized by finite element, with a maximum load capacity of 50 tons.

Precise positioning system
Our products are equipped with absolute encoders (resolution 0.1mm) and laser rangefinders to achieve a stop accuracy of ±2mm. The track uses hardened steel rails (hardness HB300-350), with V-type guide wheels, and the running straightness error does not exceed 3mm/10m.

Efficient drive solution
The Coil Transfer Car use dual motor redundant drive (single machine power 7.5kW), equipped with vector frequency conversion control system, and the speed range is 0.1-1.2m/s adjustable. Secondly, the specially designed anti-slip transmission gears (module 12, hardness HRC58-62) ensure that the transmission efficiency remains above 92% under full load conditions.
