Air Cooling Line

In the steel industry, an air cooling line is a device or production line used to cool steel.
The air cooling line mainly uses air as a cooling medium, and removes the heat generated by steel during rolling or heat treatment through forced ventilation or natural convection, so that the steel reaches the expected temperature and performance requirements. During the air cooling process, the air exchanges heat with the surface of the steel, and the heat of the steel is transferred to the air, thereby achieving cooling.

The Air Cooling Line is an industrial cooling system designed to quickly reduce the temperature of thermoformed, heat treated or extruded products.

Features

Efficient cooling system
Our products use a combination of multi-stage centrifugal fans, with a single unit air volume of up to 8000m³/h and an air pressure of 1500Pa. Secondly, by optimizing the air duct design, the air flow uniformity deviation is controlled within ±5%, and the cooling efficiency is 35% higher than the traditional system.

Intelligent temperature control technology
Our products are equipped with a PID temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5℃. The temperature sensor has a sampling frequency of 10Hz, and can automatically adjust the wind speed according to the product temperature, with a response time of <2 seconds.

Low-noise operation
Through acoustic optimization design, equipped with a muffler and shock-absorbing bracket, the operating noise is controlled below 65dB(A), which is 15dB lower than the industry standard.

Safety protection function
The Air Cooling Line is equipped with overload protection, motor overheating protection and emergency stop devices, all of which meet CE safety standards. The electrical component protection level is IP55, which can operate stably in dusty environments.
