Efficient vertical storage
The Vertical Pallet adopt a vertical lifting structure, and the storage height of a single machine can reach 8-12 meters, and the floor space is only 1/5 of that of traditional shelves. Secondly, each layer can bear 500-2000kg, and the access speed is 15-25 seconds/time, which is suitable for high-frequency and high-density storage needs.
High-strength structure
Our products are made of 12mm thick cold-rolled steel plates, which are formed by bending and welding, and the bending strength is 60% higher than that of ordinary shelves. The surface of the guide rail is hardened (hardness HRC50+) to ensure long-term operation without deformation and reduce the wear rate by 40%.
Perfect safety protection
The lifting mechanism is equipped with a double mechanical locking device, which can be manually unlocked when the power is off. The anti-fall device can withstand 1.5 times the rated load impact, and the photoelectric sensor ensures that it stops immediately when encountering obstacles during operation (response time <0.1 seconds).
