Features
Flexible conveying
The Power and Free Line adopt a double-track design, with the drive chain separated from the load-bearing track, which can realize various operations such as conveying, stopping, accumulation, sorting, etc.
Low-energy operation
Our products are equipped with a permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system with a standby power consumption of <0.5kW. The intelligent load detection function can automatically adjust the conveying speed, and the energy consumption is reduced by 30% under no-load state.
Complete safety protection
Emergency stop pull rope switches are set up on the entire line, with a response time of <0.2 seconds. The lifting section is equipped with a mechanical + photoelectric dual anti-fall device, and the track joint insulation resistance is >10MΩ, which meets the requirements of the CE Machinery Directive.
