Introduction
The Extra Heavy Overhead PF Conveyor is an industrial grade, high load material handling system designed for transporting large, bulky or high weight parts such as vehicle frames, heavy machinery housings and manufacturing components.
Features
Super strong load capacity
The Extra Heavy Overhead PF Conveyor adopt double-track beam structure design, and the main beam is made of Q550D high-strength alloy steel with a yield strength of 550MPa, which is 60% higher than the load-bearing capacity of ordinary carbon steel structure.
Precision transmission system
Our products are equipped with imported reduction motors (IP55 protection level) and double-row roller chain transmission, with a transmission efficiency of 98%.
Intelligent control system
Our products integrate PLC control modules to monitor 12 parameters such as motor current and chain tension in real time. Abnormal status automatically alarms and records fault codes, and the mean time to repair (MTTR) is shortened to 30 minutes.
