Strengthened structure
The core of Heavy Duty Overhead Conveyor adopts high-strength cross-chain structure, with chain diameter ≥12mm and single-point static load capacity exceeding 600kg. The tensile strength of the whole line is increased by 30%, which is suitable for continuous transportation of heavy workpieces such as engine housings and frames.
Easy to maintain
Our products are equipped with a fully enclosed automatic lubrication system, which sprays oil on an hourly basis to ensure that the chain rotation is always in a low-friction state and reduce dry grinding. The tensioning mechanism adopts a spring plus counterweight structure, which automatically adjusts the tension according to the thermal expansion and contraction of the chain, effectively preventing the chain from loosening or jamming.
Excellent high temperature adaptability
The operating temperature range of our products is -10℃ to 180℃, and the chain and roller bearings use high-temperature grease to ensure no jamming or deformation in high-temperature workstations such as drying lines.
