Introduction

The Plastic Single-path and Dual-path Slat Conveyor is a modular conveyor system built with plastic slat chain plates mounted on flexible tracks, designed for lightweight-to-medium load transport in packaging, food, electronics, and pharmaceutical industries.

Features

High-load-bearing structure design
The Plastic Single-path and Dual-path Slat Conveyor adopt chain plate structure formed by welding thick steel plates, combined with industrial-grade roller chains, with extremely strong load-bearing capacity. The thickness of a single chain plate is usually 5-8mm, and the pitch of the chain link is more than 100mm, which can support a load of more than 800 kg per meter of conveying surface.

High temperature resistance
The surface of the chain plate is treated with high temperature or chrome plating, and the whole can withstand a continuous working temperature of up to 250℃, which is suitable for environments such as heat treatment lines and drying lines.

Stable operation
The operation of the chain plate is completed by the motor-driven roller chain. The chain runs through the roller support, and rolling friction replaces sliding friction, reducing energy consumption and component wear.
