Low friction drive technology
The Over Head Conveyor use precision roller chains or engineering plastic chains, with the friction coefficient reduced to below 0.15, which is 20% more energy-efficient than ordinary chains.
Intelligent control system
Our products are equipped with PLC or IoT-compatible controllers to monitor conveying speed, load status and fault alarms in real time.
Corrosion resistance
The key components of our products (such as bearings and chains) are made of stainless steel or galvanized, and have passed the ISO 9227 salt spray test, and can still operate stably in environments with humidity >85% or corrosive gases.
Excellent high load capacity
The single-point sling can bear up to 500kg, and the overall load capacity of the system can be expanded to more than 2 tons according to demand. The chain and support structure have been optimized by finite element analysis (FEA), and the deformation is <0.1% under full load conditions, ensuring long-term use without deformation.
