An overhead load towing truck conveyor helps move hanging loads through a route while the floor remains open. This is useful in workshops where forklifts, carts, and workers share the same space. The load can travel above the main walking path, then stop at the station where workers need it.
The main detail is route control. If the load is long or heavy, the carrier should keep it balanced during turns. Track height must also leave enough clearance for people and equipment. When the conveyor is planned with the real workshop path in mind, it reduces repeated manual handling and keeps production flow more stable. The carrier should also be easy to load and unload, because saving floor space is not useful if workers struggle at every station. For long parts, two hanging points may be safer than one, and the route should avoid tight turns that make the load swing.
