An overhead trolley conveyor system changes with trolley load, carrier shape, and station function. A light trolley for small parts is different from a heavy trolley used for steel or machine parts. The track, chain, and drive must match the load. If the line has stop points, switches, or lifting sections, the control design also becomes more important.
Before production, it is useful to check one carried part with the planned carrier. This shows whether the part hangs level and whether it has enough clearance in curves. That small check often prevents fitting trouble after installation. It also gives the buyer a chance to check whether the trolley wheel, hook, and part surface have enough space during movement. If a sample part is available, a trial carrier can show problems that are hard to see on a flat drawing. It is a useful step.
