A floor conveyor system can support heavy transfer work when the load is matched with product size, contact length, support spacing, and the number of items moving on the same section. Continuous use also needs attention to wear points. Rollers should rotate smoothly. Belt sections should keep proper tension. Side guides and stop points should stay fixed. In dusty or heavy-duty workshops, cleaning and routine checks help prevent small alignment problems from becoming larger faults after many operating hours.

A safe floor conveyor system plan considers load, route direction, workstation access, and maintenance space together. When these points are checked before production, the conveyor can support steady movement and reduce unnecessary manual handling.
