Recently, *People's Daily* visited the Liugou Industrial Park within the Chengde County High-tech Zone to conduct a feature interview with Chengde Jinlong Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. Inside the production workshop, Chairman Xue Guangshan and his staff were facing the camera together to conduct a livestream showcasing industrial products. With the workshop serving as the backdrop, machinery as the scenery, and the presenters acting as the bridge, this scene vividly illustrates Chengde Jinlong's digital transformation.

As a specialized enterprise deeply rooted in the conveying machinery manufacturing sector for nearly four decades, Chengde Jinlong has-since its inception in 1990-focused on the R&D and manufacturing of products such as overhead conveyors, skid-type conveying systems, roller conveyors, and automated high-bay warehouses. Its products are widely used across industries including automotive, new energy vehicles, construction machinery, steel rolling, aluminum smelting, casting, home appliances, and furniture, and are exported to countries and regions such as Brazil, Thailand, Vietnam, Serbia, India, South Korea, the UAE, South Africa, and Uzbekistan.

In recent years, Chengde Jinlong has actively embraced the digital economy, moving its livestreaming studio from an indoor setting to the production line. By leveraging the new model of livestreaming for industrial products, the company has broken down the geographical barriers associated with traditional marketing. Chairman Xue Guangshan stated, "By utilizing the internet and engaging both existing and new clients, we have achieved very smooth sales transactions. Currently, the company's annual output value reaches 300 million yuan, with online sales contributing tens of millions of yuan. I hope to build Chengde's conveying machinery industry into a major highlight of the North and establish Chengde as a key manufacturing base for conveying machinery in Northern China."

It is reported that Chengde County has recently been actively promoting the digital transformation of industrial enterprises, encouraging them to set up livestreaming studios within their assembly workshops. This initiative aims to bridge the "last mile" of online industrial product sales through a model of "driving traffic via livestreaming, converting leads online, and closing deals offline." To date, 60 industrial enterprises above designated size in the county have launched or regularly conduct live-streaming sessions to showcase their industrial products. These products span over 20 categories-including conveyors, modular housing, wood products, and energy-efficient doors and windows. More than 200 live-streaming sessions have been held, with the highest viewership for a single session exceeding 10,000 and over 2,000 clients making online inquiries. These efforts have led to significant increases in online inquiries and sales conversion rates, establishing a development model characterized by "leading enterprises at the forefront, a tiered group of followers, and broad-based participation" across the region.

Seizing the opportunity presented by this interview with *People's Daily*, Chengde Jinlong Conveying Machinery Co., Ltd. plans to further strengthen its "Jinlong" brand, deepen the integration of online and offline marketing, and continuously enhance its technological innovation and system integration capabilities. The company is committed to becoming a trusted partner in the conveying machinery industry and contributing further to the high-quality development of Chengde County's industrial economy.
