An overhead trolley conveyor system should fit the real work route, not only a simple product picture. The buyer needs to check part weight, loading point, unloading point, turn space and the height above the floor.
Trolley spacing is also important. If the spacing is too short, the line may feel crowded at work stations. If it is too long, the line may not carry enough parts in one shift. A simple layout drawing helps both sides choose a better plan.
